Common Login Issues

“Invalid Email or Password” Error

  2. Check for spaces: Remove any extra spaces before or after your email
  3. Confirm the correct account: You might have multiple email addresses

Solution 2: Reset Your Password

  2. Enter your email address exactly as you registered
  3. Check your email for the reset link (including spam folder)
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password

Solution 3: Clear Browser Data

“Account Not Found” Error

This usually means:
