Common Login Issues
“Invalid Email or Password” Error
Solution 1: Check Your Email Address
- Verify spelling: Make sure there are no typos in your email
- Check for spaces: Remove any extra spaces before or after your email
- Confirm the correct account: You might have multiple email addresses
Solution 2: Reset Your Password
- Click “Forgot Password” on the login page
- Enter your email address exactly as you registered
- Check your email for the reset link (including spam folder)
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password
Solution 3: Clear Browser Data
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Close and reopen your browser
- Try logging in again
“Account Not Found” Error
This usually means:
- Email address is incorrect: Double-check spelling and try variations
- Account was created with a different email: Try other email addresses you use
- Account hasn’t been created yet: You may need to sign up first
Password Reset Email Not Arriving

Creating a Strong Password
